Myogauge Corporation has engaged the law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP to represent our company in connection with general matters pertaining to job screening under applicable U.S. statutes. They have found our job screening program to be compliant with the ADA and EEOC laws. A copy of their evaluation is available upon request.
Gil A. Abramson, a partner in the law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP, is the lead labor counsel for Myogauge. Mr. Abramson is a former senior counsel to the chairman of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
