The Myogauge Pain Measurement Test (PMT) has been proven successful in identifying individuals that are symptom exaggerators, otherwise known as malingerers. The test takes only 15 minutes and is non-invasive. The data is evaluated by Myogauge personnel and is then forwarded to the independent Medical Examiner of record.
The Myogauge protocol involves 5 categories of evaluation to determine fraud. Below are the graphs / results of muscle strength testing measured by the Myogauge. Red, yellow and blue lines are the same claimant, doing the same test, three times.
